Overview

The purchase of a package guarantees you my services for that number of hours per month. Those hours can be used on any of the administrative services offered on this page, and you may change or add services at any time during the month. 

If all the hours in your package are used before the end of the month, additional hours are billed at the regular hourly rate of $30. If this happens more than once, we will need to discuss the possibility of upgrading to the next package or creating a custom package for you. 

For plans that allow hours to roll over, this only applies if you continue your service the next month. If you do not continue your service, the hours do not roll over and you will not receive a refund for unused hours. 

All packages are paid in advance. They renew on the 1st of each month and require 14 days notice for cancellation before renewal.

Why buy a package of hours?

Buying a package of hours provides several benefits to you: 

– It guarantees you that number of hours from me per month. Without it, if other clients book me before you have a task ready for me, I may not be available. With it, there’s no doubt that I’ll be able to complete any task you need. 

– It gives you a discount on my regular hourly rate. 

– It allows us a more seamless working relationship. Because the number of hours is set advance, we don’t need the constant back and forth to discuss how many hours a task might take and how many hours you’re willing to pay for. It also makes it easier to determine whether the tasks you need me to handle might be better suited by a larger or smaller package than the one you think you need. 

– It gives you email and phone support (during regular business hours and with some restrictions). This means that, during the hours outlined in the package, you can email me or we can arrange a phone call to discuss how projects are going, adding or changing services, or other needs. This does not mean that I will be available to take any and all phone calls or emails, but it does mean that you can expect a response from me within approximately 4 hours. 

 

Time is money

Hiring someone to help you handle parts of your business can feel overwhelming and a little scary. My goal is to ease your mind and make it easier for you to feel confident handing over the tasks that need to be done but that you don’t want to do or can’t do yourself. 

By selecting a package of hours, you eliminate the need to know in detail what you need from me. Since you can add or change your services at any time, and are only committed to the number of hours you’ve purchased, it’s easier for you to shuffle services and determine what you really need from me.

Blog posts range from 300-1500 words.

Blogs

Articles/Business Pages

Individual blog posts start at $50 for 300-600 words, dependent upon research involved and deadline. 

Packages available: 

  • 3-post package: $130, all same topic, all for same blog, 300-600 words, turnaround time 1 week
  • 6-post package: $250, all same topic, all same blog, 300-600 words, turnaround time 2 weeks
  • 12-post package: $500, all same topic, all same blog, 300-600 words, turnaround time 4 weeks

For longer content or content requiring extensive research, please contact me for a custom quote. 

Rush orders (48 hours or less turnaround time) require an additional $25 fee. 

Individual articles and business pages start at $100 for 300-1,000 words, dependent upon research involved and deadline. 

Packages available: 

  • 3-article package: $270, all same topic, all for same website, 300-1,500 words, turnaround time 2 weeks
  • 6-article package: $520, all same topic, all same website, 300-1,500 words, turnaround time 4 weeks
  • 12-post package: $1,000, all same topic, all same website, 300-1,500 words, turnaround time 6 weeks
For longer content or content requiring extensive research, please contact me for a custom quote. 
 

Rush orders (1 week or less turnaround time) require an additional $100 fee. 

What’s the difference between blog posts and articles or business pages? 

A blog post tends to have a more conversational, friendly tone to it. A blog post may or may not require research and sources. 

An article or a business page, on the other hand, tends to have a more professional tone, sometimes with considerable formality. Typically, though certainly not always, they also tend to be much longer than a blog post. They also usually require some research and sources, which makes them more time-consuming to research and write. 

These differences are the reason for the difference in both price and turnaround time.
